Everett Hardwood Rendering

I just finished this rendering of a great renovation project for Ampersand Associates. This site, Everett Hardwood, is a turn of the century lumber mill in Pennsylvania. If everything goes as planned, the existing building will be rehabbed into both commercial spaces and residential units.  The site will also be developed with walking paths, planters, a swimming pool, and other amenities. Ultimately, the aim is to revitalize this former industrial site and tie this project into the rest of the town.
