This time last year I was working on the Construction Documents for U Square, a huge development near UC. The design was done by Graham Khalbli and his team at CR Architects. The project is on the left of the photo above and stretches for the entire length of the street.
The project included 2 parking garages, an office building, a 5 story apartment building with shops on the first level, and a large open plaza between the buildings.

Vine Street Flats
I headed over to the University of Cincinnati yesterday to take a look
at a few of the buildings I worked on. For most of these, the last time
I saw them was on paper, or in the middle of construction, so it was
neat to see the finished product.
This is Vine Street Flats, which I worked on while I was with PDT Architects. The building was designed, for the most part, by Dave Vonderbrink, and my role was mostly limited to Construction Documents.

Everett Hardwood Rendering
I just finished this rendering of a great renovation project for
Ampersand Associates. This site, Everett Hardwood, is a turn of the century lumber mill in
Pennsylvania. If everything goes as planned, the existing building will
be rehabbed into both commercial spaces and residential units. The site
will also be developed with walking paths, planters, a swimming pool,
and other amenities. Ultimately, the aim is to revitalize this former industrial site and tie this project into the
rest of the town.
